RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Dont worry! We understand that you can change your mind or our jewellery isn't quite right for you.

In this case you have 30 days from receipt of order for free returns/exchanges.

Please note, this excludes:

-Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

-Final sale items

For faulty items: a return request must be submitted within 5 days from the date of receiving the order by sending an email to hello@dorejwlry.com including the pictures of the items where the fault is visible.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, in their original packaging. Without scratches, wear marks, or other issues (excluding earrings).

Refund/exchange will not be processed until the items are successfully delivered to us.

If the items are received in poor condition, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

For size exchanges, please select the correct reason in the return portal. Your new item will be sent to you item after we have received the original item from your order.

If you would like to choose another item instead of your original ordered one, please make a return (you will get a refund as per standard refund process) and the new item as you would initially.

What is the exchange process?

For all exchanges and returns - please access our Exchanges / Returns Portal and enter your order number. Once your order is accessed, you will be able to select an item that you would like to exchange or return and you will be asked to select a reason for it (wrong size, etc.). You will then be able to choose the return postage method and will be able to submit the request.

Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 14 days of us receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.

If after this time you have not received your refund, please contact us by email on hello@dorejwlry.com.
